2009 OP EAGLES INVITATIONAL

Welcome to the volunteer website for the

 2009 OP Eagles Invitational!

We appreciate you taking the time to register to be a volunteer at our 2009 tournament.  This year we will be hosting close to 240 teams and each volunteer is important in the success of our tournament.

 

There are two (2) easy steps to become a volunteer:

(1)  Register as a User.  Click on the 'Sign In' hyperlink in the top right hand corner of this page.  If this is your first time you will need to click on the Register button and select a user name and password.  Your password should be 7 characters (or more) alpha/numeric combination.

(2)  Choose a Volunteer Event from our schedule of events and click on the sign-up button and follow the instructions.  Selecting more than one shift is encouraged and highly appreciated!

                                                                                                                                                                             

 

Email Confirmations

Once you are scheduled for an event(s) check your email for a confirmation of your sign-up(s).  You will also receive a reminder email a few days prior to the tournament.  

Cancellations

If you find that you are unable to attend your scheduled shift it is very important that you cancel your assignment so someone else may sign-up.  You can cancel your shift by signing into the volunteer website and click on the "Cancel" button next to your event.

Service Hours

We would be happy to welcome back some of our older players (14 years old and above) and have them sign up to work concessions, apparel or clean-up if they need services hours for honor society, confirmation, or just want to have a good time and help out the club!
